Cliques being allowed to run rampant - and actually derailing upper management directives. Little to no career path unless you are willing to do things that are less than kosher. No salary increases for 3 straight years while the company touted the huge free cash flow and the C-level execs got significant increases. Being expected to work 50-60 hours a week as a salaried employee.
