Sapience is damaging Fiserv Big Time, it introduces a unhealthy, kiddish culture of micro-mangemnt which gives a clear message to the employee that inspite of selecting you, the company doesnt trust you to work sincerely and is watching your every move. All talented people who are good at their job and don't need such monitoring will leave. Sapience is not increasing productivity, its decreasing it by making people leave the org.
