- working in a west pacific project, environment here is suffocating. no one wants to help anyone, everyone will try to suppress the new comers like me. many people are leaving this project/organization. Undeserving old employees will eat the new joiners like fishes, people who has came back from onsite are really frustrated with and creating a bad environment for others. an skilled old employee is a crocodile here. - depression -anxiety
