Typical call center job but no real structure - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative presso Fiserv

This job was a big joke. There is no supervisor barely any managers… you don’t even know if you are part of a team and who you report to. After training, you just start taking calls and you are basically on your own. Overtime is mandatory why no one advise you during the interview process. They can cancel anytime as well so you can’t even plan your life around your schedule. No wonder why this place was so empty!!!!
