Team Leads constant micromanagement and thinks they KNOW IT ALL. They will have a sense of superiority and feel that only "they" know how to do things. Employees are treated as children instead of adults. Gas lighting occurs all the time. All work must be checked and no room for thinking. You are told that this is how it must be done. Coworkers will sabotage you. Be careful of anything that you say. Very TOXIC environment. RUN for the hills if you are thinking about working here specifically the Credit area. Worst mistake of my career.
