Since the FirstData acquisition, the company has gone downhill fast. Why Fiserv ever wasted $33 Billion on a failing company is still the ultimate question. And then to put that CEO in charge??? We will never recoup that expenditure. Frank has destroyed the company with forcing seasoned, dedicated employees to move into an office or be laid off. The massive layoffs have hurt every facet of the company, years and years of knowledge and experience have been shown the door, most now going to competitors. I can't wait until I am offered a compensation package to leave! Sad how fast this once great company has fallen. And worst off, CUSTOMERS see and feel it!
