No work life balance, paid and altered reviews, paid award from even great place to work I guess! No attention to employee well being and feedback. Toxic managers and directors. Taking employees for granted. Tracking work unnecessarily using tools. No attention for personal time , still no recognition for working of outside hours. Even if you help company for internal events voluntarily that can backfire
