5 days a week in the office. Terrible location, should be in London not Basildon. Over the top American culture where they expect you to pretend that you actually care about the company. Meaningless, unnecessary, deadlines for everyday work that are brutally enforced. Questionably legal productivity monitoring and very little flex on time out of the office.
