Been with Fiserv for a few years now and can actually say that the new leadership (CEO) feels more optimistic than the last. I like that Mike Lyons is a better communicator, more transparent, and open to listening rather than just doing. I understand that he has a lot of cleaning up to do from the past leadership but again, staying optimistic. I got lucky to be part of an amazing team. We are small but my manager has been nothing but encouraging, positive, supportive, accommodating, and transparent. Yes, we are in office 5 days a week but as long as you’re communicative (without giving too much information) with your manager, they should be able to provide accommodations without severely impacting your day-to-day. I haven’t met anyone I came across with telling me they can’t take a day off or wfh as needed.

The corporate side isn’t very diverse. I would like to see this expand and opportunities to also be available to everyone. More growth opportunity would be great as well. Fiserv is all about internal growth but those who have been with the company/team for a while are barely given the opportunity - maybe offer some training or create a program for the lower level associates and not just for leadership.
