This is a small and effective non-profit that guides companies in their due diligence and advises and leads projects in all corners of seafood. For employees this means the work never stops. Be ready to learn on the job, take on responsibility, innovate, and do your job for the experience and the impact. If you need your hand held, or are looking for repetition and clear rules and processes for every step you take, this is not the environment for you. Because it is small, it is a great place to learn, and stretch your skills, but it can be difficult to create a long-term career path.
