Sometimes negative reviews here can sound like disgruntled former employees looking to vent. I’m not disgruntled. I don’t need to vent. The truth is, this is simply the worst-managed company I’ve ever worked for. Executive leadership are not very capable, but that’s really not the worst thing about them. The worst thing about them is the awful way they treat employees. Business is tough, sometimes people get let go, we’re all professionals and we all understand. But the way things are handled here? You won’t be treated fairly. The company will do everything it can to avoid severance. I’ve seen them kick people out on their butts on Christmas, literally. There’s no reason in a professional workplace to treat people badly, but here, they do. It’s not just me who thinks so. This is the first company I’ve ever worked where external consultants fire us. They flat out don’t want our business. I don’t blame them. Too much headache. Not worth the trouble.
