This review is for VITA (not Fiskars) - Absolut non existing care for employees welfare, no appreciation for employees - Terrible leadership not listening to employees, only after money and will makes sure stock goes up no matter what - Only the managers highest up that keep "kiss-up" are the ones that gets promoted and are kept during reorganizations even when they have no competence for their roles - People who have been working for 20+ years at the company are now fired (50% of the office) meanwhile they keep employees that have just started and have no knowledge or expeerience in the market. At the same time management are saying "we truly value our people and want to keep competence in the company" - Toxic environment where managers bully employees, hierarchy all over and not a safe place
