The fitness business is hard.

There are no pros to be honest.

If you are full-time, they will work you to the ground. If you do not eat, breathe, or live by what their values are, you'll most likely be fired. I would work 8-hour shifts and wasn't allowed to take a lunch break. You would have back to back to back classes. It was VERY clicky at FFBC in the Louisville area, and they made well known too. They will promise you things and turn away and do the complete opposite behind your back. And there is no work-life balance; I worked more and missed opportunities with my child,
