Initially, sense of being productive - engagement - belief in values - training

Bullying manager - malevolent, uncontrolled, breathtakingly awful experience. Unenlightened - tunnel vision, fear based, stultifying practice, felt like a humiliated ‘grunt’ - worthless and replaceable. No lunch breaks, no safe space - staff room. No time allocated for entering notes. Box ticking - auditing - make service look good. Not paid for having to work hours over finishing time.
