They hire college and high school kids then refuse to work with any employees schedule. Pay is subpar and they try to get people as low as possible. Training in nonexistent because the turnover is sky high. No raises unless promoted and promotions are based on nepotism not work ethic or knowledge. Was told full time MM would be between 32-35 hours (already low) and was consistently given 25-29 hours and still told our schedule was over. There were kids left off the schedule and our DM still said we were over on hours. I do not understand how you have problems with everyones scheduling meanwhile understaff and not schedule full time hours. It made no sense. HR basically tells anyone they should quit if they don’t like it.
