As it is an emerging firm there is a lot of opportunities for the freshers because the market is down and every company demands for the experience holders. And it provides a proper training of three months and can be extended if you have not learn enough so a good opportunity to learn.

As it is an emerging company it demands for some security deposit which it returns after the completion of the year bond. so, that the employers they hired do not leave their company. I think this is the only down side of this firm. But I think it is necessary from the point of view of the company.
