Over do the diversity training even though there’s no one diverse there… Weird staff meetings with executives. Large disconnect between them and the actual techs. Really couldn’t care less about you as an employee, hard to make connections. If you’re able to work hard for extremely low pay big maybe. Ultimately, I’d rather work directly for a district. Wasn’t a great experience. It had potential but you’re basically filler. Kiss everyone’s butt heavy.
