I am not sure if this is a true downside, but because the company invests so much in creating the best environment for employees, it is naturally expected that you perform well. Mistakes are understandable, but accountability is important. You are encouraged to learn and make up for them. However, if performance consistently falls short, you may be offboarded. Your stay really depends on how you contribute, but when you do your job well, your efforts are genuinely recognized and appreciated.
