Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your feelings. We strive to keep our employees and their expertise at Fives Cryomec for a long time and to offer them development opportunities. Therefore, in 2021, employee surveys were conducted, particularly on the subject of employee satisfaction, which enabled us to identify areas for improvement and to initiate measures. We also have a policy of annual salary increases based on employee performance. We want our employees to have a great deal of autonomy to develop in their missions. This also means that their well-being is an integral part of our management's commitments.
