Some great coworkers. Overall easy laidback atmosphere. The bad culture is beginning to change. Great desk setup - standing desk option and 2-3 monitors.

Svantaggi

HR is a joke. Pay is not even REMOTELY competitive. Can't keep new people (who have been there <10 yrs) because low pay and drama. Other departments constantly need help from the engineering department. Takes YEARS for people to get the title and pay that matches their work/workload.
