During cost-cutting exercises, smaller organizations such as QE tend to bear a disproportionate impact, with positions being eliminated seemingly independent of individual performance records while under performers in other areas are retained. - For anyone considering joining Fivetran, it would be worth thoroughly researching the specific team before accepting an offer and keep it as a last option. Groups such as Platform and QE has notable leadership challenges that have impacted the overall work environment and employee experience.
