- Poor management / leadership - unprofessional behaviour from management - no progression - no pay rises, period - severely underpaid compared to industry standards - poor attitude when delivering negative news - no loyalty, they would rather you leave than give you a pay rise, having to rehire at a higher cost to them anyway. - none existing HR department, meaning you don’t feel comfortable raising issues - no real benefits - unrealistic expectations from leadership

Some great people, flexibility and pay was fair despite complaints.

Incredibly low morale among staff, too many not called out on underperformance.
