The company really cares about its impact on employees and following the core values. Compensation is competitive, benefits are great, and there's a really good work/life balance. Management has frequent check-ins with everyone and they go out of their way to care about the employees. There is definitely opportunity to grow as the company grows. A lot of recent internal promotions show that. No one on the team has a bad attitude, and there is a real sense of community within the company! COVID-19: Everything has been handled well! Lots of PPE around the office for anyone who does decide to come in, but most of the team is encouraged to work from home. Everyone follows social distancing measures and it courteous about keeping space. Management has done virtual activities to keep everyone connected, which is very much appreciated.
