      My employees are terrific. Hard working great with our customers. Love my customers. They are so appreciative of everything you do for them.

      High Stress and lots of pressure to meet goals. Goals are set at Corporate level with no input from branches. Goals are unrealistic and often unobtainable. Management micro-manages staff and doesn't appreciate questions about why they want things done the way they do.
