Toxic work culture, unprofessional and poor leadership, people in jobs that shouldn't be in that job 😂 Toxic atmosphere, ok if your in the click. Poor processes and procedures, if they had them, they wouldn't be followed anyway. No one listens or wants to change or improve things for the better. Never RFT.

- selfish management/directors - low rates of pay - no room for progression - no bonus, no perks, even charge for uniform - hard work goes unrecognised, 1 mistske can cost you your job
