-Reliable pay -Less waiting time -On time salaries -Chemical Tanker crew and officers are way better than bulk and emphasize on safety -I had particularly good time on the chemical tankers, work is more but interference & nitpicking is minimum. -Fun parties

Svantaggi

-Poor treatment of cadets -Safety is NOT the priority (Especially Bulk) -Absurdly long and tiring working hours ( More than 16 hrs/day ) -Mentoring program for cadets is designed without thought & regard -Emphasis is on learning but no structure or time is provided for it.
