The associates seem very happy overall. The hours are very reasonable and flexible. I work efficiently from 8-5 or 6, and then I am typically free to spend my evenings and weekends doing things I enjoy. I have found the associates, shareholders, and staff to be friendly and everyone seems to get along well, making the work environment pleasant. My clients are generally large companies and are easy to work with, and the work is interesting. The firm and work seems to be growing steadily. I feel lucky to have found a good, quality patent firm that provides such a great office environment and work-life balance. I also like the location, which is away from the traffic and stress of downtown.
