* Collaborative culture instead of blame culture. Allows everyone to focus on doing what is right for the customer and the product. A grown-up way of working which takes for granted people are doing their best.
* Fully remote and flexible. We have core working hours but around this there is a great deal of flexibility.
* Great stack - event-driven architecture around scala, kafka and the type-level stack.
* Feedback taken on board quickly. Company is responsive to feedback.
* Not too many policies or arbitrary rules - only where they matter.
