The crime downtown but MGMT goes above and beyond to keep their employees safe.

As a place that hires young staff you are taught how to hold yourself to a better professional standard in a working environment

The most racist and sexist people on the planet. When I was hired I could hear the managers talking at the bar, before I even handed in my application, saying to just hire me because I’m hot. As a hostess you hand out applications to people coming in. I was told if the person wasn’t at least a 7.5 on the hotness scale to tell them we weren’t hiring, and if they were any kind of people of color I was wasting their time.
