Company imploding - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso FlightHub

During the past 2 years or so, this company has bled all it's top talent, leaving them in a state of limbo where they're always scrambling to rehire all the people who left. By far the worst part about working at Flighthub is the owner and the CEO who create a misogynistic boys club culture (at town halls there are jokes about women belonging in the kitchen). The owner is hands down one of the worst human beings I've ever had the displeasure of working with. He's unkind, uncaring, sexist, and embodies every possible trait you can think of in a scumbag boss. He is personally ruining this company and causing everyone to leave. Flighthub also used to have work from home and a flexible policy, but they took that away and now the policy is 5 days in office no exceptions. Oh, unless you're related to the CEO or a member of the C-suite, then this policy doesn't apply to you. Rules for thee, not for me. Don't waste your time with this dumpster of a company, you can do better.
