No cons. I love my company

The pros are the family like atmosphere. It's great knowing your a person by name and not by a number. Everyone is approachable with an open door policy. HR and management is always available. I have friends that work for other companies where they have to make an appointments to see HR, we're lucky we don't have to deal with the big company politics. Company that promotes from within good solid team.

I wasn't aware of this site until it was mentioned in a meeting. How ironic I would have never considered posting comments until I read the negative and quite frankly untrue comments. If you have worked for flipchip current or in the past you know Mr. Forcier put together a team that he himself was proud of. flipchip has it's challenges but I feel management is putting forth their best efforts day in and day out for the better of the company. Guess working for a small company, it's a little more difficult to advance because of the limited positions if that's really a con?
