      - Job has been fully remote since I joined - I am not micro-managed. If you get your job done, no one cares what else you do (in a good way) - Still a mid sized startup with extreme growth potential - Great pay - Clear expectations

      The job provides a long leash. Some people can handle it and unfortunately some can't. If your goal is to coast then this is not for you. If you are the type of person who disappears during business hours without notice, and then complains when you get reprimanded, it's not for you. I think the expectations are more than fair.

      The company is very progressive and innovative. It's a medium sized startup. My suggestions/ideas always are considered. Aside from what they build (like the app), they use a lot of technology to keep things organized. Customer experience is very important. It's fast paced. The owners are respected and have a history of success. Employees are driven and hardworking. Most employees are remote but have regular meetings and corp events.

      It's not for everyone. It's not a CON, but it's NOT a low energy work environment.

      they will call you every day to convince you to enter the scam and pay them a ridiculous amount for they to help you.

      they will promise you that you will make profit in 6 months or they will return your money which its a total lie, they will not return anything and they will no longer answer massages or emails, this company is a total SCAM, they will keep your savings
