      smart employees, good ethics, cooperative. interesting tech problems to solve. fun work environment.

      growth periods were a bit chaotic, with roles ambiguously defined, although probably better in this regard than most startups. top level management a bit stingy when it came to equipping team for production - maybe a bit too much 'DIY' attitude Not enough growth for any real lateral career opportunities
