You get to work with friendly, smart, and dedicated staff. Everyone seems to understand that we are on the same team and are very helpful. It does get busy during Session, but afterward, you can take time off, do research projects, and participate in trainings.

During Session the hours can be long, but nothing ridiculous.

Fun job that has things that stay the same but enough variation that you wont get bored.

Enjoyment in your job is directly related to what senator you work for. You can have a very different experience depending on that factor.
