If a person is looking to advance through the ranks it would be limited due to the current tenure and we run pretty lean.

Owner cares about the well being of his employees and goes out of his way to make people feel appreciated.

Pay is way below market and if you aren’t in a role that generates revenue increases are few and far between. There is no clear direction and second in command and owner don’t seem to be on the same page.
