Flowcrete Americas is part of an international group "Flowcrete" based in the UK, so the company has an international feel. The Texas location is near The Woodlands and the area has a lot to offer.

The current culture and moral at Flowcrete Americas is somewhat negative. We have experienced a lot of employee turn-over in the past couple of years. Some of the best people and long term employees are now gone, including many directors from different departments. We have also experienced a lot of turnover with our sales people.
We continually hear that we are not hitting our "Plan" and that the company is under a lot of pressure from corporate. There is a lot of distrust and frustration within the company, it is no longer a fun place to work or a positive environment. We used to get great bonuses, they are a thing of the past.
