Small business = hard work, condescending managers, limited breaks. This workplace was great as a high school job, everything except the managers. The two managers would lash out/gossip about (mostly high school) employees, and the employees were afraid of confrontation because we believed our jobs would be at risk. This was commonplace and ignored by the owner. Holidays were both physically demanding and emotionally stressful due to poor management/organization.
