      Thanks for sharing your feedback. It’s great to hear you enjoy the challenging work at FLOWERBX, as well as the support of the leadership team and opportunities for flexible working. The targets are set each year following an extensive business planning process with all teams across the business, which includes a review of resource requirements. We have also made significant investment over the last 12+ months in our Tech, Logistics and team, which will continue as we deliver our 2023-25 strategy.
