Awful department; lack of leadership - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso Flowserve

No leadership, constant change orders because nobody sticks to a decision. No real standards and very poor work load expectations. The department I was in had constant politics and backbiting. Colleagues had more pull in your career than your boss does. Its a bad place to work for your mental health.
