As engineering monopolies go now, with no Americans getting work. The base groups are tight knit. Great in job knowledge but FAILED in supervision!! All the human resources **** IS JUST A FARSE. Sure lip service is a must, but these old crows can rule their roost anyway they want. LIE, CHEAT, and blame the lowest form of worker in the market - the contractor. Yes it's real. Anything to save their *** at deadline time and there is always an excuse to the client. Have seen it with several companies - allot.

Do not internally promote, rather they hire from outside for vacant higher positions. Remote workers are considered second class citizens. Not equal to those who work from the office, despite their credentials and pedigrees.
