They give you the runway to take off. You need to run real fast and work your butt off to make it work. But if you do, you will achieve so much. There is an opportunity to build your own path and eventually your own team. We are operating in a bigger addressable market and trying to do something incredible. But it's a ton of work to be done and they give you the opportunity to make it happen.

There is not a ton of structure as this is a start up. You have to have the initiative to make things happen. It was much harder than my past jobs. I saw a lot of people that were not the right fit for the company and as a result they did not do that well in the environment.

Fully remote work mode, if you really think zero in-person interaction is good for maintaining connection, productivity, and building trust.

Micromanagement from people above you and instant layoffs. Toxic culture and they expect you to work after hours bc it's all remote:)
