      Great leadership, good benefits, great culture. I can almost always tell when a negative review is posted who it's from. Flycast Partners hires a lot of entry level biz dev people who want to move to sales. A lot of them aren't cut out for it and are let go. Oddly enough after someone is let go, suddenly a bad review pops up. From my experience I haven't seen anyone terminated with Flycast Partners if they were one of the top performers. People who are driven and perform love it here, and the people who have a high opinion of themselves for no reason don't last. And then they post anonymous negative reviews. I get angry when I see that because I was one of the people who was given an opportunity and made a success of it. It wasn't easy, and there were days I felt like quitting, but I stuck with it and I've done better for myself than I ever thought I would. This is a great company to work for.

      Flycast Partners is a great company that demonstrates they show genuine concern for the employees and their families. Communication regarding the direction of the company and things going on in the company make it from the top down to the lowest level of employee. The CEO routinely schedules meetings with employees to get their feedback on issues, and is willing to also hear the not so good (of which there is little to complain about). Much generosity is shown with pay, benefits and time off. The company stays in tune with changing market conditions and adjusts accordingly to continue being profitable. Much of the company works remotely, as did I. The only reason I left was because it was time to retire.

      I really cannot think of anything to mention. As with any good job, the work can be a bit challenging at times, but everyone works together to resolve issues.

      I would disagree with the fact that we provide "no training" but I will acknowledge that as a 100% remote company, training becomes more challenging and we are counting on the employee to put in the effort to make the training successful. We do have ample resources but again, as a remote company, we do require the employee to put the effort in. Unfortunately, sometimes we get a result like in this case where it is just not the right fit. We don't make these decisions lightly and only after it has become clear that it's not the right fit.
