      1. Learning opportunities. You get to work in a variety of frameworks. Be it Android or React or ROR. 2. Flexible work schedules. WFH is available. No Time limit or Restrictions.

      1. Bad colleagues. 2 or 3, so-called former employees in the Noida office try to pass on their work to other people. They have created an atmosphere of bootlicking. Their technical capabilities are minimal. The work atmosphere is toxic due to them. 2. Worse CEO. If the above thing was not enough, the CEO makes it worse. He doesn't know anything technical yet is leading the tech team. He treats Indian employees as paid servants, working not according to work but according to his whim. Zero man management skills. 3. No Perks. No formal holidays or holidays system as such. The CEO wants you to work every weekend also.

We've recently hired a CTO who is very dedicated to building a strong tech team, both in the U.S. as well as our India office. We have recently developed a more structured and empathetic approach to working with remote teams, including adding more perks, benefits, and paid holidays. As an entire leadership, we are dedicated to improving every day. Our current leadership team is undergoing a 6-week leadership training course, in order to give all of our employees a great experience.       The overall concept of the business is interesting.

      Everything looks organized at first, like there's a system in place. Then you actually get into it and realize things shift mid-way...like... why is this happening again? You think something is finalized, then it changes slightly, then again later. It's not huge changes, but it's enough to throw everything off. At first you try to adapt, the you realize you're constantly adapting. Same cycle, over and over.
