The people, staff or customers, they were always lively and energetic, so it made your day/shift more entertaining and interesting. The speed of a shift was what helped the time go by and kept you on your toes and always being ready.

The management at this company is wild. They allow the general manager to stay clocked and in avail in the store for various appointments. They let others do the job while not clocked in. They leave all the work to one or two people clocked in working. Cleaning is pretty much only done by those two people. The disregard for the team is wild. Paying a manager 50 cents more than a team member when your expecting that manager to do the work of three people is not a feasible business plan
