Weekly 1:1's are encouraged, not to micromanage, but to ensure you are on the same page and for there to be a outlet for open communication. There are fun events throughout the month for employees to get together and it's a company that really does give back to not only their employees, but the community as well. Having a hybrid schedule is a good mix of WFH and office days.
