Close to half of Focus Camera's managers are female; our hiring is based on skills, credentials, and work ethic and nothing more. The company is family owned and operated since 1966, and the owner family cares very much about each of their employees and goes out of their way to assist when an employee goes through a personal hardship. The CEO has an open-door policy and employees are always welcome to speak to him, or call his personal cell phone, even after business hours. Employees' contributions at work are shared during departmental or companywide meetings.
