Focus was a great place to work for the 3 years I worked there. PTO was great from the beginning with 15 days of vacation time available to use whenever you need it. Dress code is lenient, which makes focusing on work rather than wardrobe quite easy. They took us to lunch every Friday and always let me work from home when I needed to. Location was great as it was in the heart of Downtown St Pete. Parking came with the job, so having a free parking spot downtown came in handy more than once. Everyone who works there is nice, laid back, and easy to get along with, so there is little to no workplace intimidation going on.

Sometimes wi-fi in the building was a bit wonky which made getting tickets finished hard sometimes, but they were always willing to let us work from a coffee shop down the street (downtown perks).
