Dear Anonyms Employee, I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your management team. We pride ourselves in treating our staff very well and with much respect. At Focus it is important to be able to work hard and independently. In order to succeed here you must be an A Game player. We do take our staffs input very seriously which is why we not only offer community meetings and management reviews, we also offer team building events like weekly company sponsored lunches at local restaurants, and several other company sponsored outings like annual baseball game outings and Holiday parties. I am personally proud of how often I hear staff tell me how much they love working at Focus, and the positive feedback I get from customers.
