Horrible Training Practices - Recensione dipendente - Recruiter presso Focus Staff

They seemed very clique oriented and their training practices were horrible. I started in the middle of Covid and no one wore a mask and everyone was coughing. They started training me and there was no structure they just threw me in there and expected me to figure it out and gave me attitude when I asked questions. I was also given an offer over the phone, but when I was given the PDF offer it was $5,000 less. It gave me Buzzfeed vibes where everyone was cool but very much overworked. They didn't actually clock in and people would brag how they would stay late to get projects done.
