I started my career at FI and could not have asked for a better place to do so. FI has established a creative and strategic method that is simple and effective. I appreciated the opportunity to work for senior-level executives who stayed involved with every account and were not afraid to roll up their sleeves. During my time there, I had startup accounts as well as clients who have been around forever. FI is an agile agency, who is able to maintain a level of excellent service no matter the "size" of the account. Each one was treated as if they were the only client and the top client. I look back fondly of my FI days and the "family" I left behind. While FI has a very strong work ethic, we also had an amazing culture. Those who have a drive to succeed, desire to learn, and openness to grow will find FI to be an incredible place. There are moments I smile to myself when I pull out a "trick" 10 years later, that I learned from FI.

Agency life has its cons, but I wouldn't necessarily attribute it to FI specifically. We worked hard and played hard.
